So much cope in this paragraph. One wrong move and you have neck pains for your entire life. No bodybuilder on the planet trains neck. It’s connected to your androgens, high T and high androgen sensitivity = thick neck. Training it is plain stupid, it is still a muscle so if you have a pencil neck there’s no harm in training it once a week. It contains the most androgen receptors, even more than shoulders so even training it once a week is fine.Nope
