train the neck like you do any other muscle (train preferably every other day), but dont forget to warm the neck up before exercising

Realistically, you don’t want to train neck too often cuz it’s the last thing you what to injure. I would say 2x a week max tbh.

Neck has a lot of androgens so grows fast. Also the neck is very sensitive and can get injured fast af.

Definitely don’t overdo it, once is more than enough for neck and every other muscle in the body.

Good split but wouldn’t go hard every workout tbh. Do the first ppl high intensity low volume and the last pp with high volume low intensity. Test gets nuked if you overtrain which is very common

just hit it whenever it's fully recovered, probably going to be 2 times a week in the beginning but the muscle's resistance to fatigue & stimulus will build up over time allowing you to train it probably every other day eventually.

So much cope in this paragraph. One wrong move and you have neck pains for your entire life. No bodybuilder on the planet trains neck. It’s connected to your androgens, high T and high androgen sensitivity = thick neck. Training it is plain stupid, it is still a muscle so if you have a pencil neck there’s no harm in training it once a week. It contains the most androgen receptors, even more than shoulders so even training it once a week is fine.

The logic muh neck is just a muscle like every other muscle in the body is retarded
