How often can you drink alcohol without looksminning yourself?

Can I drink binge drink (take 15 or so shots) once every 6 months without ruining my skin? Or does this have the potential to fuck up my skin permanently?
 
Just cut it out entirely, even a small amount of alchohol is a huge looksmin for hormones and liver

i get wasted like once a month and i dont think its harming me too bad
