How often do i go to the gym????

im 15 and just starting to go to the gym but idk how often and what muscles to get, im tyring to get my shoulders/arms bigger

4 days a week, 3 rest days

run a full body split. look it up. 1 set and 4-6 reps but less reps is fine tbh. just follow that and youll be golden dont listen to people saying ppl or anything.

if natural: 2-3x a week upper lower or fullbody, 1 warmup set + 2 working sets per exercise, 5-12 reps, 1-2RIR, 1-2min rest between sets on isolation exercises and 3-5min rest between sets on compounds. obviously more nuanced than that but its a start.

if enhanced: why the fuck would you be enhanced without knowing how to set up a training regimen in the first place
