Autistic question. IOIs are commonly misinterpreted . Just because she makes eye contact a couple times or stares for a bit doesn't mean she likes you. You will be able to tell if a girl likes you instinctively , if you are unsure she likes you then she probably doesn't. May happen on a night out every couple months for me.
And to be honest i tought this too, but sometimes u can tell when someone is truly looking at you.
