How often do you guys get sick?

I mean like sick enough you have to stay home or something not just a cough or a stomach ache

my immune system is pretty good, I haven't been sick like that since 2020-2021 when i got covid

Something around 2021-22. Either unconfirmed covid, covid vaccine, or flu I got in a clinical trial

Or just something when I went to uni

Never, i used to put bugs and shit in my mouth as a kid so that probably helped

This was all because I cut off junk food and cold drinks but I'm quite unfortunate because I'm currently malnourished
