Depends where you live. In richer neighborhoods all the fucking time. And I don't understand why? Surely rich normies are not all getting cosmetic surgery? In rich places, the average height is always high and everyone is beautiful AF.

But in poorer places it becomes rarer

I don't remember where I saw or heard this, but apparently only 16.6% of the male population is above average in looks according to women. Meaning that for every 6 people you see, you should at the very least see a chadlite.

That's at least what statics say, in practice I see a chad every like 5 months. Chadlite are (obviously) more common though, basically every time you go outside.
