I do neck curls a few times a week but not always. I also get a decent amount of activation when I do shrugs also. My neck is not very thick but isn't narrow either. I agree it’s more attractive and dimorphici need to start training it
Ideally you should train your neck just like any other muscle. The only thing I would change is I wouldn’t do 4-6 reps, I would lower the weight and do more reps, to avoid strain on the neckI do neck curls a few times a week but not always.
