I usually bonesmash every 2 days in order to allow my face to heal properly and not build too much scar tissue but I’m wondering if there is a better option?

It’s scar tissue bro or inflammation. Hammers aren’t accurate which can lead to asymmetrical face or damage a nerveits not i got proof its working for me
not true so hard to get assymetrical bonesmashingIt’s scar tissue bro or inflammation. Hammers aren’t accurate which can lead to asymmetrical face or damage a nerve

I mean that is a good point. But I think we are talking about different things I am talking about the force applied to each zygo can’t be exact or it’s very hard to apply to exact force to both zygos. Even a little difference in force can cause asymmetricals in face. Because you have to hit hard enough where it hits not only the tissue but also not hard enough where you burst a blood vessel. Humans causes errors so it’s best to have a accurate machine (massage gun) it’s also good because you can apply the exact force to each zygonot true so hard to get assymetrical bonesmashing
if u stress tissue your stressing bones wym literally i dont think u get how sensitive ur bones are if u flicked ur bones u would probably inhibit sclestorin and promote bmp pathways even if its 0.000001%I mean that is a good point.
