How often should I do HIIT?

I used to go to my boxing gym for like 1.5 hours a day 5 days a week and then do a 3 mile run later in the day like a retard. I'm off Accutane now and I'm trying to collagenmaxx to fix my subhuman skin and can't find a definitive answer on how often I should be doing HIIT or if at all.

you basically ran yourself into the ground

this matters i studied physical ed you obviously did NOT need to do all of that if you were to do it 2/3x/week is plenty enough
more than that and ur submaxxing urself into the ground with cortisol spikes, burnout and even slower skin recovery which terra rapes ur collagenmaxxing

dont do HIIT bro that shit burns away muscle especially when over done, just do low intensity cardio such as walking as that mainly burns fat, but if you do feel the need to do HIIT in cases such as wanting to lose weight fast then probably twice a week would suffice

Just do it 1-2x peer week, HIIT like the name says is high intensity and your body needs more rest than a normal session. If you do it more often you will feel fatigue and feel like shit
