There's no set in stone answer lol, depends completely how much volume you're doing, however according to studies, maximum gains are made with at least 14 sets a week and the reps need to be very close to failure. So you can do 7 sets, take 3 days rest, do 7 more, 2 days rest, etc. Or do 5 sets 3 times a week. Small muscles don't need much stimulus, and be careful, don't use too much weight
 
Train it as much as @OldVirgin does
