How often should I use Retinol?

I’ve had prescribed retinol from my dermatologist (0.05%) for a while now but I don’t know how often I should be using it rn I only use it twice a week. I have very sensitive skin so some People told me less is more but idk. How often should I be using it you think with fair/pale skin

depends on your skin but try 1-2 times per week and increase from there but remember to use a lot of moisturizer and sun screen

I don’t use sun screen ik that’s bad. What are some spf recommendations?
