How often should potassium be taken?

I recently bought potassium chloride in the form of powder to help me debloat my face and I’m wondering if I should start taking potassium with longevity or take it only on days I want to look debloated when going out or make it a habit to take it daily. Schools starting soon and considering the amount I bought it should last me month if I take it on a daily basis.

Would it be better if I start taking it now, or is it a waste and i’m better off taking it only on days where i’ll be seen?
