In the 2021 survey only 20% of the forum of the forum was 17 or younger, 18-21 were 44%, say 1/2 were 18-19 I still wouldn't say "mostly." It skews younger each year so 2020 I wouldn't say it would be a large majority, by 20s I meant early 20s (20-22) not say 28 year olds.

Also compare it to the 2024 survey results:

You used your anecdotal experience of the forum in 2020 which contradicts mine. Surveys show a clear change in age without a clear majority being teens in 2021 which is going to be the most accurate measure either of us have despite some people not answering 100% truthfully

Still, most users were under 20 and thus teens. The 18-21 group contains 4 ages so is hard to divide

I do agree it's hard to divide, they should just do it for every year so we know for sure. But to say a majority were under 20 is to assume >1/2, say 2/3 of the 18-21 were in the 18-19 range for it to be a clear majority which you wouldn't have proof for. That's why I just assumed 1/4 were in each year (which still isn't a majority being teens) because I could just as easily assume 2/3 were in the 20-21 range and then it would favor my argument.

But at the end of the day we're debating a 3-4 year age difference on an incel forum so doesn't really matter which is correct
