I’ve noticed that the age you look is correlated to how you feel.

Looking younger than you are= people treating you younger than you are/getting the response from others= feeling younger because you form your reality based off what others response to you.

Of course the same goes for if you look older than you are.

I hear that. A couple years younger than you but I used to think when I was a kid that when I grew up there’d be some sort of “adult switch” and I’d just be in an autopilot mature competent mode

But I still have the same brain, my body’s just older

it’s fucked ngl, old people often still feel the same mentally, they’re just young people trapped in old, decaying bodies

Yeah I thought this as well, now that i'm older and are aquainted with many 25+ people on a more personal level I realize that many men still act like 16, it's just that they dress older and act mature in front of their boss.
