18 is safe as they say. if youre that far take it at 18. personally i would take it at 19 because u still are developing, but your case sounds brutal.

Just use minoxidil or something else for now, stay away from finasteride until you’re AT LEAST 18

Yes but it’s worth taking that to preserve your hair. And I’m pretty sure it would only decrease skin quality on your scalp since you’re using it topically

take it topically or buy RU58841, which is even better.
you may think RU is expensive, but actually 5 grams of pure RU will last a decade
