Interesting, the opposite is true for me as I've had visible facial hair from an early age but only grew hair on my chest after turning 20 (22 now).

Around 2 years for full results, but I also started from practically 0 hairs on my face.

And yes it’s been over 3 years since I’ve used it and I’ve kept all my gains.
