How only block dht from your skin

Fin reduces type 2 dht (scalp) and duta reduces both but I don’t need scalp dht blocked im not susceptible to balding till im 30 or something I just dont want dht affecting my elastin for now

no i dont think so, u could try topical dut but it will go systemic probably
