from what i can see you have good forward growth, gonial angle, eye area, chin, only problem is mouth area(which is extremely minor and barely noticeable) which can easily be fixed

Implants to widen your mandible, i'm not 100% sure this would do the trick tho. I'm no expert. Of course it wouldn't make your whole face broader but it might make you less subhuman.

It might also affect other ratios so keep that in mind

just research how to fix your falios from just seeing you i can point out some obvious flaws.

- midface is long
- philthrum is long
- bizgonial width is low

Apparently bsso or something like that decreases midface, you might need a lip lift + implants to increase bizgonial width ( which is the actual lenght of the jaw)

You might be able to get results like this with implants + genio idk, but you should start lurking more and researching imo
