Im going to do a DIY teeth whitening using 44% hydrogen peroxide. How painful is it and do you guys have any tips? I might also just stick to 44% carbamide peroxide and 12% PAP+ instead

Not as powerful also can be uneven ive heard as they dont always fit perfectley. Gives really the same results as the last two options i mentioned
