How painful is suicide?

Once someone ropes for example on a scale of 1 to 10 does it hurt? Please don’t say yeah obviously it does because I am wondering why it is the most common way to kill urself maybe it is the least painful method?? I guess

Oh yeah they are the ones that are a big no no. No wonder why roping is way more common than things like that
