I wasn't apart of those "popular groups" well because their really wasn't any. But I was known by basically all of the popular people and cool with them since I grew up with most.

Not the lowest in social hierarchy but pretty damn close to the bottom because of me being very weird in grade 5 (no joke). People forgot about it in grade 7 but in grade 8 suddenly some kids remembered it and it followed me for the rest of high school.

So now I'm mentally fucked up for life.

im popular but for the wrong reasons but overall im normal most girls think im just nonchalant which increases my appeal but im just socially anxious

I was populair at high school. All it got me was good social understanding that can be relearned.
Besides that it's useless.
