how quick can you lose facefat

i have a decent face but i know i could get much more potential out of it if i got leaner, how quick can you see face results from losing bodyfat? like if i were to starve for a month for example, would i lose bodyfat in the face already or does it take much longer there? sadly cant afford to go on any fat loss medication.

just do a 500,1000 daily deficit and you’ll see results within 8 weeks if you can actually track correctly. you don’t need fat loss meds to drop 10-20
