Yeah its true in central london they all have above average height and psl. You’ll see 6 footers every 1/7 women and loads are my height around 5’10-5’11 in heels. They arnt all 6.5 psl tho, its still very rare to see someone above 6 psl but its way more likely in central london than anywhere else
