How rare is it to have a 1-1 MFR and 2.00 FWHR

It seems like your either SFS tier like barrett

Who has a good FWHR but unideal MFR
Or your Matt bomer with an ideal midface but kind of narrow MFR

1-1 midface and 1.9 FWHR

Only example of ideal FWHR and MFR i can think of is cavil, who else has the ideal ratios. Seems very rare for both to be ideal
