How real is the nt-pill?

A friend of mine recently opened up to me about not finding fulfilment in life and struggling with girls. Although he is not a virgin, he often talks about feeling like a loser. Now this guy is about 6‘4-6‘5 and a very strong chadlite if not a low Chad, legit 99.9th percentile face. He does however have high functioning autism and is very gifted. He is very introverted and doesn’t talk much. I myself am 6‘7 and a weak htn, I‘ve struggled with many things but not girls or social isolation, how real is the nt-pill? How far can looks get you in life?

Nigga I have zero reason to lie, apart from personal anectode, I‘m pretty sure you know a good looking guy that struggles in life himself, just talk about the ntpill. And we met in Uni, very tall people exist and find it easy to meet in huge environments.

To clarify more he also lost his mother about 2 years ago, how much impact does that have? Can it truly ruin your life especially in the case of autism.
