How realistic is a Temple/Zygos/Gonion implants plan?

My skull is a peanut and my face followed suit.

I have a thin face, thin zygos, shit jaw width.

If one of these is out of proportion to the other, it looks ridiculous. They all need to be balanced

So how legit is a plan to widen temples, then zygos, then jaw gonions?
