How is your bite because your lips look protruded, and if your lower jaw rests further back than your upper front teeth your chin obviously wont appear to be as well projected. Your chin is not bad but lefort maxillary advancement could improve maxilla projection. Genioplasty could perhaps benefit maxilla as well as chin.

I heard "bonesmashing" is low risk if you do it on chin. Not likely to get asymetrical. A highly projected will also be good for someone who's got a "big" nose because it evens out the proportions or whatever.
