would they let a regular person do lefort 3
I highly doubt it lol. Probably going to settle for a Quadrangular Lefort 1.

why not tho I get that it is risky but come on
I don't think it's my biggest falio, and Lefort 3 is costly. If I fix my other issues and I have money to spare, I might consider it.

Your maxilla is above average. Your nasolabial angle is acute. If it was flat it would be 90 degrees, if it was recessed it would be obtuse as in angling backwards from nose base to upper lip.

advancing your maxilla will do absolutely nothing to improve your aesthetics, and in fact will make you look worse. You will look like a monkey with an overly projecting upper lip.

Also your upper lip is already probably too much in front of your lower lip, indicating a slight overbite... so if you DID get jaw surgery you’d have to move both jaws. Which is stupid because, again, you’re not recessed, and you’d be pulling your jaws too far in front of your midface, creating disharmony.

if you insist on a jaw procedure, chin wing can give you a stronger lower jaw, which is most important for aesthetics anyway.

I don’t think it’s average. Brad Pitt’s Nasolabial angle isn’t any more impressive. I’d say above-average.

Could I possible advance the midface as well as the upper and lower jaw? That way my upper lip is not too protruding.

I’m 99% sure that even a blackpilled surgeon wouldn’t touch your jaw because nothing is recessed, neither upper, lower, or chin.

I’m not even convinced it would look good. Have you tried getting significantly leaner? That will reveal your good jaw. You’re quite high bodyfat.

Also you do realize a BSSO will likely give you at least a small patch of permanent numbness on your lip/ chin, right? hardly worth it unless you’re recessed.

And by advance your midface you mean with Sinn? He’s close to retiring btw.
