indiamart. how it works is that when you send the notification for whatever you want, a bunch of those indians selling it get the same noti, and they try to get to you first. they know that there are other people competing so that's why they spam TF out of you.

but that gives u the opportunity to haggle prices since they don't want u to leave for another seller
