Bros this my first post here(lurking since 1.5 years with no account) and I came to know yesterday that I've got impacted wisdom teeth. How bad they are?
And do y'all think whether it is possible to create space there so they can come out correctly?
I am 18 rn and I literally don't have no pain in there? So I was just kinda worried if not removed will it cause any further complications?

Your upper wisdom teeth appear to be completely absent?

If that’s the case then the lower are useless anyway. Get them pulled to make room for bimax one day if you need it. There’s no real downside.

Your teeth shape looks rather like mine, do you have SFS too?

The one on the left has to come out and soon. If you let this go it will destroy your other molars lead to infection and boneloss.I had full-bony impacted( teeth root still In jaw all my teeth have super long roots) and I had to get them all taken out by a specialist. The fact it's on the sides like that means there's no room in your mouth. Are your top ones already gone or did they never appear? If your current molars are fucked up you could possibly have them removed and the wisdom tooth take its place. This can only be done if the wisdom tooth is in good health. Very few people actually have room in their mouth for all of them. I've literally met one person in my life that had room for all of their wisdom teeth.

yea ig i was just not born with upper wisdom teeth
btw is it really neccessary to get them removed cause its not paining me in there. do you think not removing them will cause further complications?
and i do have sfs and a tall upper third which makes me look really uncanny
i've got overbite as well, could that be the reason for my short face?

i never had the top ones and my molars had slight tooth decay but i got them filled up and they are alright now(doesn't pain). I'm just worried about removing my wisdom teeth cause tbh I've read many reviews from people online regretting removing their wisdom teeth cause it made their face worse(bone loss in jaw area, droopyness of skin and eyes etc). I'm just thinking whether I should just let it be there cause its there in its place from many months and just not coming out and its also not hurting me so I thought maybe I should keep it?

Since you’ve SFS you’ll almost certainly want Bimax eventually and thus you will need those teeth removed for the BSSO cut anyway.

They can continue erupting and make the rest of your teeth go crooked by pushing on them so they go out of line to make room.
