How should a NEET save himself financially ? ( no local jobs )

The reason I specified no local jobs is because in my country the average salary is anywhere between $100 and $200 meanwhile a semi-decent gym in my neighborhood costs $150 which I'm paying for and obviously I won't benefit from mass applying to any job here & see who accepts me.

I'm 24 y.o NEET, quit uni at 19 because the commute was horrible, never worked a job because I spent my whole life till age 21 chasing girls & after that being a full-time incel just browsing useless shit on the internet which made me end up with no skills, and a serious social anxiety.

that said, I want to take my chances for one last time & see if I can change things, can you please give me some suggestions what I should do ?

It's free money for me basically since my dad pays for it, bodyweight won't build the kind of physique I want.

The bare minimum required to allow me to move out permanently is like $15,000 otherwise no country even allows me to think about going there ( Iranian passport perks ) and I don't really want to ask my father for this much.
