How should i begin the gym at 14

im skinny, never lifted or done any sort of training and i’m wanting to get into the gym. i have no clue where to start. i’m 140 5’9
 
starve yourself and work out your core (atleasth thats how i think it works)

pick up the fork and eat right, train low volume high intensity. push, pull, legs. don’t skip anything. yt vids are your best friend. tnf, jeff nippard etc. if you start now and you are serious, you will see a lot of progress throughout your teen years.

if you're looking to train naturally dont listen to anyone's advice here. (training wise)

listen to creators such as tnf, elijah mundy, yotalks, and other legit science based lifters. These are the big 3 you can usually always trust (y)
