How should I calculate my calorie deficit for cutting

Im 14 years old, 170/50, about 12% bf, want to cut aggressively but i guess it will stunt my growth and development, so if my calorie maintenance daily is about 1750(bmr is 1434) whats maximum amount of my calorie deficit that won’t be harmful for me? and no im not starving, im getting micronutrients and proteins
 
are you dumb you bitchass you are still developing you need some extra fat to maximaze your potential just be lean not shredded you can calculate calories on calorie calculator and put on some muscle while training you boost your test and hgh :feelsuhh:

Maximum safe deficit is 400-500, don’t go over that.
let’s say you’re very active so you should take 1500 kcal a day with 450 deficit until you reach your goal.
