How should I fix my acne?

Everything started when I began drinking 'raw' milk (it was home-pasteurized), but I am lactose intolerant. I started developing acne that now won't go away. I did some hormone tests, such as: DHT: 1274.00 pg/mL, Estrone: 401.50 pg/mL, Estriol: 15,88 ng/mL . These were the only tests that came back abnormal.
Can anyone tell me how to fix my acne?

why the fuck would you drink raw milk as someone who is lactose intolerant, stop doing that and take some accutane

I am using tretinoin but I am hesitant to use accutane because hormones
