How should I fix my acne?

Everything started when I began drinking 'raw' milk (it was home-pasteurized), but I am lactose intolerant. I started developing acne that now won't go away. I did some hormone tests, such as: DHT: 1274.00 pg/mL, Estrone: 401.50 pg/mL, Estriol: 15,88 ng/mL . These were the only tests that came back abnormal.
Can anyone tell me how to fix my acne?

I am using tretinoin but I am hesitant to use accutane because hormones
