good shit man mt2 is great just be careful and don't get 'greedy' 30 mins a day for a week was what was perfect for me
I have tan skin genetically and what ive found is that thats perfect for me
don't get. greedy as in don't spend hours out there bc your sun cancer risk genuinely skyrockets
