How should I fix my eye area

Completely relaxed, no squinting at all. Biggest flaws are color and scleral show. Upside is minimal uee. Questions I have are:
How do I fix scleral show, any good threads on it?
Should I use caster oil/minoxodil on my eyebrows, is it necessary?
Has anyone actually had success with diy eye lightening methods?
Should I do stuff like ice hooding to try to further eliminate uee or am I in a good spot there?

Your UEE is fine. Curl eyelashes a little bit. Hunter's eyes with a complete lack of UEE is a meme.
