lf1 + CCW = fix my occlusal plane, reverse the downward growth appearance in my face, better overall lower jaw appearance

EXCEPT: i feel like my upper maxilla is also recessed but wouldn't be addressed with lf1, but my eye area is passable it's not subhuman

lf2 = higher cut which brings more of the maxilla forward, improving under eye support etc

EXCEPT: less CCW rotation is possible (or maybe not even possible in lf2?), meaning the jaw cannot come as far forward

which surgery seems more worth it in this case? lf2 is also highly invasive which is a factor to consider, and afaik lf1 + implants theory is cope and that under eye implants don't do much

definitely true, le fort 2 is definitely possible

just also can't help imagine bleeding out in turkey and dying on the operating table cause the surgery went wrong all alone
