Just GHK-Cu which is irrelevant to this because it wouldn't affect testosterone. I just want to see my levels to make sure they're high enough to where I don't need to take anything.

In most countries you can easily do a blood test whenever u like and there wont be weird questions. Especially when ur already 18.

If you are under 18 they will probably laugh at you if you mention testosterone levels. And you should not be taking anything at that age neither way. You should be gaining muscle by just looking at a barbell unless you are some weird medical disaster. Sleep good, lift weights and eat healthy food.
