How should I improve?

What to improve on? I’m 15 from the UK
I’m Growing my hair out from buzz cut but till I’m happy of the length on my forehead I will grow out the sides. I’m thinking on putting blonde highlights in it for my texture. Should I sort my eyebrows out? I wanna grow out my lashes. Any advice would be appreciated

you look good try minoxidil for eyebrows, i think for eyelashes maybe castor oil will work havent tried it though. for instant affect you could also try curling your eyelashes. maybe also consider dying your eyelashes or eyebrows.
