I currently weight 160-165 at 5’11” with roughly 20% bf (recently gained about 15 pounds dirty bulking). My goal is to gain muscle while getting leaner. I’ve been looking into what type of anabolic stacks were good for my situation and while doing research on pharmacology I especially focused on how different substances would effect me as a Type 1 diabetic. Right now I’m looking into Rad-140 as opposed to Testosterone since I’ve found that endocrinologists recommend maintaining lower testosterone levels for Type 1 Diabetics. I also am curious if there’s any suggestions for how to insulin max throughout this process, since insulin is a growth hormone and should be exploited. I already don’t produce insulin naturally so there’s really nothing to lose there as long as I can maintain a healthy A1C with fluctuations in my dosing. So far I’ve found that taking large boluses after workouts optimize muscle growth. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Raw milk cures diabetes

why are you dirty bulking at 20% bf fatfuck

Ideally you would take insulin both with preworkout meal and after the workout. Also Idk about needing lower test for type 1 but at least run a small test base with the rad.

I would love for you to try to explain that
Hippocrates did it in Ancient Greece. He gave people raw milk to drink for 10 weeks straight to cure diabetes.

I assume you’re referencing some sort of anecdote suggesting that raw milk would somehow boost hormone production. The problem is for type 1 diabetics, the cells that produce the hormone have been destroyed by the immune system.
