How should I make my blonde eyebrows more visible?

My eyebrows are really sparse and blonde, despite me having brown hair. What are the best strategies for making them more prominent?

So far, two things have been suggested:
1. Dye them brown and get them plucked a bit. Make sure it’s in a boxy make pattern rather than a rounded female pattern.
2. Get tattoos under the eyebrows so make them look thicker. However, I’ll need to make sure the lines aren’t too parallel because that looks feminine.

Please ignore my currently terrible skin and eye weirdness. I’m currently recovering from bimax for sleep apnea.

midoxinil and microneedling, good for beard and head hair growth, no reason it shouldnt work here. 5% midoxinil daily with .5mm microneedling derma roller, can get it all on amazon. Dont get rogain its more expensive, find an off brand midoxinil online. Im doing this now for beard growth.

yes it will help, but i doubt you need it and the sides are said to be brutal. if you tolerate it well no problem tho
