How should I schedule my weekly fap to optimize test/quality of life?

Fapping while, is bad for you if you do it too much, does have it's benefits which is why I want to optimize it in my schedule since I don't do it chronically.

Disadvantages to nofap:

Chance of testicular cancer
Test goes down after the first week (Is why it's good to optimize when you do it so your test can always be at it's highest)
Erectile Dysfunction

Anything done too much, will be bad for you, whether that be fapping or not fapping.

So how should I set up my schedule? I want to make sure I get all the advantages of fapping and nofap at the same time since I know it is possible, so how should I do it? Once a week? Twice? What days?

That's bad for you. I don't care about that stuff and I just need to increase my test. I just don't know what the time period is between your test going up from the first week of nofap and it going down, so I'm asking here.

do edging, it will boost your T for a little bit of time and give you a supercharged feeling. do it before a workout out or doing smt physically demanding. set a timer so you don't get hypnotized and force yourself to stop when the times runs out
