I am a 6’3 20yo 240lbs and i am very interested in pinning. specifically, tirzepatide and aqualyx maybe ghk. I was told by my doctors a while ago that i was close to diabetic and that was a while ago i have gained weight since then so i think i have somewhat of a reasonable explanation for the tirzepatide because of that but im trying to think of ways to soft launch because getting shipments from the vendor i found and trying to hide all of ts seems like to much work and i dont know if i could because of my work schedule. idk how shipping works because ik it has to stay cold which is why i think it would be obvious. lmk any tips are helpful
