Everyone does this. Whenever I go out clubbing, it's jeans and a polo shirt. I'm 16 btw, so there's no confusion.

I think it really depends on your proportions, archetype, how much effort you're willing to put in, and really what you enjoy wearing. Some days a hoodie and sweats is calm. If you use accessories you dont have to put too much effort and it'll still look good. Go on tiktok and just copy stuff.
