How significant is a 6mm downgraft?

Any before and afters of title? I’ve only seen 3mm and 9mm downgraft and no in between.

Have you seen a 5-6mm downgraft before and after?

It is hard to find case studies of this where this movement is stated.

I would get also atleast 5mm downgraft, I wonder how many cm of tissue stretch it is actually. Does it means 5mm of tissue stretch given it is extending existing bone? Bsso/genio do give more of length in lower third actually
