How skinny people pull off their physique thanks to their frame

Okay so everyone knows the importance of frame so here is how some skinny people don't look like like dugged up skeletons.

Some people with really good frame, someone like Jordan or AAAD can be desired by women despite having no muscle thanks to the wide clavicles.

So yeah, very slim physique, small muscles, yet the shoulders help back off their build and u can only imagine what they would look like roided.

For some, their escape would be growing the fuck out of those side delts. People like Clav or Andro seem to have a wide frame just because of their overdeveloped shoulders.

The only thing that really made him wider was his lats that help push out the shoulders in front and the delts.

So what do we do now? The only hope is going to be gymcelling and roiding. The best exercises u want to do are going to be Reverse Grip Barbell Rows, Wide Grip Dead Hangs and spam a shit ton of Lateral Raises + Revee's Deadlift.

only need one or max. two exersices for side delts

frequency is more important than volume so hit ur delts 3-4x per week,
preferibly at the start of ur workout, since ur first set gives u the most stimulation

If you don't progress do only one set that's what I'm gonna do. Been pushing too much volume somewhat

Good post. Yeah gymcelling can help devolped your clavs/shoulders alot. Isn't reeve deadlift cope idk never tried it. I have a wide frame but I want it wider ngl

I like this thread. Me personally I’d rather have wide clavicles skinny and be like 6’1-6’3 then be a gym bro that’s jacked asf and is 6’5+

I Tried reevees deadlift but didn't do it consistent enough to say wheter it works or not

switched to pushFB/pullFB cuz of time managment and doing 2 sets now
(for side delts im doing it unilateral with the lateral raise machine, 2 sets per side)

Yea. I wanna reach 6’2 but I need to workout my shoulders to make them bigger
Im trying to grow them for over a year. Nothing helped until i bulked

switched the split only like 3 weeks ago

in theory fbeod is the most optimal split but i kinda see some fast gains with the new split :eek:

I do core like once a week and thats bout it other than shoulders which I do nearly every day

Yo guys I've found some good pics that fit this thread. As u can see mostly the only thing that changed was the muscle not the bone
