How sleep affects brain functioning and messy thoughts

Lack of sleep isn't good for your brain for many reasons, but one is, when you go to sleep, there's a stage, where your brain takes out the trash or whatever, so if you have intrusive thoughts etc. Just go to sleep at like 9 pm
