How superior is genio to chin implant

Since I joined this site I have got so blackpilled on implants that I pretty much am just interested in bone movement. What can chin implant achieve that genioplasty cant? And the other way around as well. Is it true that sliding genio can even be a health benefit since it moves the hyoid up, fixing shitty side profile + sleep apnea related issues?
