I'm 14 (soon 15), 187/188 22" bidelt, realistically how tall can i get? My dad is 175, mom 171. Tanner stage 3 will probably enter stage 4 in 5 to 8 months.

Dont understand how u are that tall with ur parents being at that height (mby mailman). U are probably done growing if this true. Would guess u may be overestimating ur height and especially ur bidelt (22 is crazy at 14)

I'm measured. The reason is probably because my dad got hit so much as a child. His uncles were all 190+ even if they were living in a impoverished farm with little food. My mom is tall for her age group too.

Very true, but i do find 6'2 being tall enough at my age. I have no problem getting girls and people compliment me for my height. But in my class half of the guys are over 6'

Haha thats an interesting story, but what the guy is saying is stupid, just because your taller than your parents it doesnt mean your done growing, thats ridiculous.

Your a great height for your age, if I we're you and I wanted to get taller I'd probably hop on GH with an AI, but at your height your already gonna be tall so focus on muscles and frame too with some androgenic signaling. Nutrition, luck and epigenetics are the key. Tall parents might not do it, you could get the genetics from ur grandpa who was 5' or if you have short parents but get some distant gene making you 6'4 while your parents are both 5'5.
