HOW TALL WILL I BE?

Hello guys,
Ive started puberty since i was 9 or 10 years old. Im 14 now and im 185cm (6 ft 1)
Last year summer to last year winter i grew 3cm. From 181cm (5’11) to 184cm (6’0.5)
Ive been measuring myself every week hoping i reach 190cm (6 foot 3)
last week i was 184cm. Now i am exactly 185.5cm so i grew 1.5cm which gives me hope. I thought since i started puberty so early it would be over but i guess not. It is kinda weird because my father is 5 foot 10 (178cm) and my mom is 5 foot 5 (165cm) my brother is 170cm (5’6)

Will i reach 6’3???
(Without shoes by the way, i fraud with lifts now making me 187cm)

milk does nothing to estrogen the type of estrogen in milk is called estrone sulfate and its impossible to absorb it orally

Maybe. Explains my wide hips then. But i dont know man, i dont think i would of became 7cm taller than my father at the age of 14 if milk increased estrogen that much

i didnt do any sports, ive always been sedentary af, from ages 16 - 17 i started gymcelling a bunch, did heavy ass dl's and squats, and thats about it, and diet, i just eat whatever tf tbh

the week difference is prob just streching of the spine and not you actually growing. i would guess you've stopped growing, i am also 185'5 in the morning and shrink to 184

I measure my self at the same time daily. I am aware that you shrink, i always measure in the morning
